Alicia G
Alicia comes to us with a lifetime of love for the fitness industry. She graduated college in 2004 from Hardin-Simmons University with a degree in Kinesiology & Health Education. She has experience as a teacher, coach and children’s director at Grace Bible. Alicia is an ACE Fitness certified group fitness instructor as well.
Physical health has been a priority her whole life. Her passion is helping others see physical fitness as a lifestyle and the emotional/physical benefits.

Allison G
Allison comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry. She is a former high school dance, theatre, and fitness teacher. She has taught fitness in DFW for over 25 years in various fitness/health clubs and online.
She is certified in group fitness, barre, boot camp, and private training. She has a degree in Kinesiology/health and dance.
She received her training from Sam Houston and Cooper Aerobics Center where she was an adjunct instructor.

Stefanie F
Stefanie brings her passion for health and fitness to Poised Fitness where she inspires others on their own fitness journeys. Stefanie is an ACE Fitness certified group fitness instructor and holds a degree in Communication Studies from Biola University in Southern California, where she grew up as a multi-sport athlete.
Stefanie discovered her love for group fitness as an adult, particularly enjoying barre, which she has been dedicated to for nearly a decade.With experience in teaching and coaching, Stefanie aims to motivate others to grow, stay active, and have fun while doing it.

Beth B
Beth Bowe’s fitness journey began as a student-athlete, competing in volleyball, basketball, and dance before she discovered her passion for strength training in the weight room. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and has experience as a personal trainer, leading outdoor boot camp-style classes. Beth is currently a certified teacher in the state of Texas and is finishing her ACE Group Fitness Certification.
Beth brings a unique energy to every class, always challenging and encouraging participants to push their limits. With her background as a former Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader, you might even catch her dancing to the music—adding a fun, spirited vibe to her sessions. Whether you're looking to build strength or have fun while working out, Beth’s enthusiasm and passion will inspire you every step of the way.
