Functional Strength + H.I.I.T

A 45–50 minute circuit-style class combining functional strength training with short bursts of cardio.

Designed to build strength, improve metabolic health, and support cardiovascular fitness, this class uses multi-joint movements to create a strong, balanced, and capable body. You’ll work through a variety of stations using dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight, and simple equipment—focusing on quality movement and proper form.

Cardio is optional and built into the class, allowing you to move at your own pace. You can choose to push intensity, modify, or rest as needed—making this class approachable, yet effective for all levels.

Our workouts are thoughtfully programmed and evolve over time, helping you feel more confident in your movements while continuing to see results.

Pilates Fusion

Gently Warmed - 75°

A 45-60 minute reformer-style pilates class reimagined. Pilates Fusion is a modern twist on classical Pilates.

This innovative class brings the precision and power of reformer Pilates to the mat using HeroBoards—mini reformers that glide to mimic the movement and resistance of traditional reformer machines.

Expect a full-body experience focused on control, stability, and alignment. You’ll move through intentional sequences designed to challenge your balance, activate your deep core, and create a long, lean, and supported body. Resistance bands and light weights are layered in to build muscular endurance without overwhelming the body.

Class begins with an intentional warmup and builds through controlled, low-impact movement where your heart rate rises naturally throughout—finishing with a intentional cool-down consisting of stretching and breathwork to reduce stress and support recovery.

Whether you're a Pilates devotee or new to the practice, this class offers a fresh and effective approach to total-body toning.

Restore
(yoga/pilates/mobility)

Warm - 80°

45–60 minute restorative class designed to support your body and complement your overall fitness routine.

Blending elements of Pilates, yoga, and mobility work, Restore focuses on gentle, intentional movement to improve flexibility, stability, and balance while supporting healthy movement patterns and long-term longevity. This slower-paced class is designed to feel good in your body—helping release tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling restored, almost like a reset for your entire system.

The studio is gently warmed to help muscles relax, improve mobility, and enhance the overall experience.

Designed for all levels, Restore is perfect for beginners and an essential recovery day for those maintaining a regular workout routine.

Class finishes with calming breathwork and mindfulness to reset the nervous system—leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
