Meet Charity - Founder of Poised Fitness

With more than 20 years blending Pilates, yoga, functional strength, and mobility for her clients, Charity created Poised Fitness to offer a healthier, more aligned approach to women’s fitness.

She has trained and taught at leading Dallas fitness centers, including:

Cooper Fitness Center, Dallas Country Club and Equinox

As a Certified Integrative Nutritionist and movement specialist, she believes:

Functional Strength + H.I.I.T

A full-body strength class using progressive overload and functional movement patterns — with optional cardio bursts to boost VO₂ max.

Pilates Fusion (Heroboards)

A reformer-inspired Pilates class using HeroBoards for gliding, core engagement, stability, and lengthening.
You’ll feel: lifted, aligned, long, connected.

Restore
(yoga/pilates/mobility)

A gentle, restorative class focused on stretching, mobility, breathwork, and injury prevention.
